Jean - I appreciate your inquiry.  I was not complaining about your inquiry, just about some of the responses that you received.  And some of the responses you received were from abstractors who don't even know us, and who we have never dealt with before.. these were the people I didn't think should be swaying your opinion.  Out of all of the fantastic abstractors we have on hand, and deal with every day, I just hate that the one or two that we have worked with and then don't work with anymore, for various different reasons, are the ones that you get to hear from instead of all of the others.  Obviously, this forum is quite frequently used to make sure that a company is in good standing, but also take into consideration that out of all of the abstractors we use on a daily basis, I believe only 5 are even registered with SOT, so you're not getting a full picture from the majority of a company's abstractors.
