I'm with you Jay- sick of companies asking for fee reductions- our costs have done nothing but go up--"full copies of everything" "first, legal, signature of mortgages", "need 24 month chain of title" etc., not to mention gas prices, 24 hour turn around time..status calls all day..enough is enough! Now we are being asked to reduce our prices??? No thanks, I'd rather stay home....
