Henry from HANC Group in TX called me several times last year wanting a 60 year search for $35.00 including copies.  I burst out laughing at him.  I told him I would not do a 60 year search for $35.00, even though the tole me ALL his searchers did it for that price.  I told him good luck finding someone in MN to do it for that fee, or at least someone who actually knew what they were doing.  The guy couldn't even speak English well.
