I don't know for sure but I have heard repeatedly that Title Direct and Zen Title are the same company in some way. I have dealt with Christine Stanton at Zen and her number is 651-379-0501. The majority of the time you get a machine but if they have orders outstanding what I normally do (and so far its worked) is I complete the order and have it all ready and then I make them overnight me a check, once I get the check they get the work.
