I can in no way find an argument to your words, I can only agree. It is a pleasure to tussle with someone as bright as you are. This thread has most surely been interesting and I learned alot. Thanks to Kurt, Robert and all for this fun and educational journey. If I ever get to Ct. doing title work and have a problem, I know who to call. If you ever get to Mississippi, I'm gonna "Whip Ya".
