I've wondered the same thing. Mississippi doesn't have a
lot of counties that have all information posted (some have almost none, some you can search back
to a point online and if you have a search that goes back more than about 35-40 years at the most, you still have to drive to the courthouse to get everything, and only about 5 or 6 at the most have all of the information), and most of those that do have some type of subscription payment in order to find out just how much you can pull online. If I'm going to have to pay a subscription fee, and then go to the courthouse, my thought is why would I want to pay that money and then still have to buy gas to drive, so I just go ahead to the courthouse and do it.to post a reply:
