Irene I totally agree with you. We will have to supply our run sheets to our clients and just add up how many pages we viewed. I am not going to just pull one or two pages because what if the address on the document is different from the legal description. There are too many things that could go wrong and I won't take that risk.
I am just going to charge however many pages the documents are that I viewed.
What is going to be a mess is when a client wants copies of exceptions, that will run our bill up quick. Then the file doesn't close and we will be stuck with these fees.
