Like you, we're in IL and have to get court cases often. Our regular fee for getting court cases as a Court Document Retrieval order gets added to the search fee, plus copies. We don't get court cases for free and that shouldn't be expected.  On rare occassions it can take weeks of follow up to get. I don't remember any client asking us to do this as part of the search fee. Hope this helps.
