Yes, we at Real Title Services have done business with So Cal.  We extended a certain amount of credit to them as a new client, and then requested payment before extending further credit.  They paid promptly.  Then they paid again shortly after that without prompting.  So they are well on their way to establishing a very good credit history with us at RTS.
