My guess is you won't notice anything at first, must like it was for Commonwealth agents when Land America went bust and was taken over by Fidelity.  Eventually, I bet, they will consolidate agency operations, and you will be pulling policy jackets and CPLs from their website instead of Stewart's.  Sit back and enjoy the ride.
