Capstone is notorious for this. Two years ago, I had to sic my attorney on them to get them to pay up... and, they did. I also helped another abstractor get what was due to him from Capstone.

Hate to say this, but, just run a search on Capstone on here, and you'll see that they've stiffed a lot of people. Even if you run a Google search on them, they have a 1-star rating and everyone says the same thing, they didn't get paid.
