I've been doing work for them for a couple of years. AKA American Tax & Property Reporting. Traveled to their Dallas office once and there were only clerical people working. Based out of India.

 I have them on credit hold for failing to pay an invoice from January. I have exchanged numerous emails with them. Only hearing promises to get me an answer but that never comes. If you are seeking prompt payment, I'd look elsewhere.
