I haven't needed E&O insurance in a few years - I have a more comprehensive attorney's malpractice policy now.  But, I did help my mom with her renewal application recently and AIP provided the same knowledgeable, friendly service I remember.  I spoke with Nancy Walker, who has helped me many times over the years.  She's always been terrific and she knows the industry well.
