While blockchain has some promise when it comes to real estate transactions, its acceptance will be very slow. You are going to have to get the buy-in of each County Register/Clerk to change to using blockchain for recording. They are the final, legal arbiter of the records and until the law changes and the change is accepted, blockchain will not get more than a foothold in the industry.
