I tried my best to fix the company. That is impossible when the owners are playing their own game behind your back. When I realized what was happening, I quit as soon as I could. I'm sorry I couldn't quit sooner.

I agree that management should be cooperative. I was never really a "manager". I was a dupe. They used me, and made a fool of me. I learned a lot of hard lessons about trust while working at GDS. I get everything in writing now.
