We did one really crappy Commercial Full title for them and another that they canceled. They paid promptly for the bad search and the copies that were accrued on the canceled search in respectable time.

The bad side to them is that they pressure you non stop to turn difficult Commercial work faster than is possible. We wished them the best but told them that their turn times for this kind of work was too unrealistic.
