Yep, and if they're gone tomorrow without paying it might be very difficult to collect. If you decide to do their work, you'll likely only get the work they can't do online. I'd keep them on a very short leash and maybe insist on pre-payment. For me, I don't think it would be worth the trouble. If you turn them down, you may just see the search again when it comes through a well-established American vendor.
