I finally have the issued resolved.  M. Pinto was very helpful when I was finally able to speak to her.  I had left her several messages with no return phone calls.  When I explained to the receptionist that answered the phone on my last attempt that I did not want to leave a message, but wanted to speak to a person, I was able to speak to M. Pinto.  She took care of the matter.  It only took 2 1/2 months to actually speak to a live person that would help me.  I don't think we will be doing any more work for them.
