It's not you: their overall volume has decreased.  Were you asked to become a "Strategic Vendor"?

The SV program is designed to make you the first priority searcher in a county (usually through cheapest pricing). However, searcher ratings determine who gets the first order, so the SV program is not worth setting a fixed price for each type of order.
