Source of Title Forums: Re: Election results and title business

Trump bragged at the time the bubble burst that he ran in and made a ton of money. Ever since the bubble burst, Wall Streeters have gone nationwide buying up housing to rent as just another income stream, hiking rents. Used to be the prudent budget used 1/4 monthly income for housing. Since the bubble, it's 1/3 going to 1/2 in some localities.
