It depends on the client. Some clients only want to pay for the minimum amount of copies as possible. In the six counties my office services, there are limited years of records available on line. In two of the six, none are on line, so the chain of title copies would be an additional costs they don't want to pay for. I do have a few clients that are willing to spend the $2.00 per page for the chain of title copies. For those clients we do provide copies of any and all records recited in our reports.
