Based on my work experience  it is the brokers

that need  to have background checks done on

them.  We are  independent contractors.  Backgound

checks are crap.  As my grandfather always said..

" The  reason some business owners don't trust you  is  

because  they  can't be trusted. They assume

everyone  does business  the same  way they do.
