ISGN was indeed FISERV. The name I remember them as before they became FISERV was ILS. At some point in time GAC did become part of that group. We worked for them until some time in 2011. The lender they were serving in our area went with another vendor and the work dried up. I wasn't very sad to see them go. Their forms were tedious and redundant. They had poor communication skills and untrained staffers. But the topper was an email we received telling us our performance was below minimums for the quarter. They required an on time percentage of 95, and ours was 93.8. The work drying up was the best possible outcome. Otherwise it would have ended badly.
