When contacting a new vendor, I always offer payment references along with our pay cycle. The majority of our vendors have been with us many years.
Having been burned by tens of thousands of dollars myself, I completely understand anyone's apprehension in accepting new clients. This industry is unbelievable as far as just simply not paying for services rendered.
I prioritize paying vendors over paying myself... which pretty much means everyone else gets paid more than I do or worse, I'm not paid at all. By paying vendors and being screwed by clients, the middle guy is in a rotten position.
