We just don't do it. We do not enter our report information on to their portal system. We send out title search reports with any attachments to them as well as our invoices via scanned in e-mail. No other industry does the consumer of the product tell the provider of the product how to create the product they are buying. How did we let this happen? One way to avoid having to input your title search information into their portal system is to inform them that your E/O carrier has only approved of your company's title search report forms.
