Nice initiative, Julia.

Though I'm not a title examiner nor an abstractor.  I've worked with quite a few of them and has been paying close attention to the title insurance industry for some time as well.  I sympathies them for their jobs being taken away by cheap overseas workers and the indifference exhibited by politicians (having said that, I'm all for fair competition, what has happened is not), however, were I a title abstractor I would probably think hard on How to Improve my Service to my Clients (to Add More Value to my Clients at the same reasonable price or slightly more... For instance, in addition to providing high quality title reports what if I can also save them time for their Commitment creation for the same property?  And if I can save them about half of the time then the value accumulation over a period of time, say, one year, would be quite substantial...
