In most states, if not all, "bouncing a check" is a crime.  Try to contact the District Atty. of

the county where they are located and ask for any form (demand letter) you will need to

send them demanding them to make good on the bad one, then the Dist. Atty's office should

be able to issue a warrant against them.   It works well here in Michigan.
