Source of Title Forums: Re: Capstone Title

I received my first order for a 20 year cell tower search from them in January. I have since searched 7 and have only received payment for one and that was 3 months late. They have since stopped returning my calls and emails which led me to file a complaint with the West Virginia Attorney General's office and BBB. I still have not heard anything and after seeing all the reviews, I am going to every agency I can to report them for fraud. I also conducted 2 searches in the State of Missouri, where I am a licensed title producer and am in the process of filing a claim against Capstone with the MO Dept of Insurance for not being licensed. My advise is to report them to every state they have conducted business in. I may not get paid but I want to stop them from anyone else becoming a victim of their fraud. I will never accept another order from a company without doing my due diligence first!to post a reply: login - or - register
