As a head's up to the author of this post as well as anyone reading it asking for references especially those of "high volume clients" is sketchy at best and I would never provide such information to a competitor. The best way to ascertain the skill level of an examiner is to send them test orders and gauge skill based on quality and completion time.

P.S. North Carolina is an attorney only state so unless you have a North Carolina licensed attorney on staff you are not legally allowed to perform any title work in the state of North Carolina.
