First of all, we do not now nor have we ever negotiated our fee schedule.

What is most surprising about their email is they are not even clients of our firm.

SOT is the best tool for conveying outrageous tactics such as this to our industry simply as a warning.

I can’t begin to count the number of times over many years we have been contacted by individuals or companies to perform examinations for them and found negatives on SOT.

While I respect your opinion with reference to not posting message like this on SOT, I strongly disagree. SOT is a GREAT source of information for all of us. If information like the subject matter here were not posted it would defeat the purpose of SOT – INFORMATIUON TO OUR INDUSTRY for the protection of us all.

By the way, Mr. Signor did not post this message, I did.
