Thank you for the info, I do have a question though. Did you file a judgment against AFA? If you did, how did you go about getting a judgment filed when they are out of state?
The circuit court in the town that my company is in said they were not sure what to do but when I called an attorney they said you have to file it in the state where their business is. It is complicated because my company is in Maryland, theirs is in PA and FL but the work they requested was for several counties in Maryland.
