The bottom line is we agreed upon a price for work I performed, then you attempted to change that fee to something I did  previously for you in August, of which you never paid me.

That is when I decided to check out this forum and found numerous others who you have treated in the same manner. Some of those people have never been paid.  

When you decided to take it upon yourself to change the fee we had agreed upon, I decided to demand full payment immediately. You and Pat gave me the run-around, questioned my reputation and integrity, implied that you checked me and my business and said I was "not good", stated I would be judged by the "Good Lord", called evil, etc. 

I am sick and tired of you wasting my time. The funny thing is, all this BS is over $315. Then you had the gall to tell me you weren't going to pay me until your client pays you. It doesn't work like that Henry. You paying me is not dependent on whether you get paid or not. 

Just so everyone reading this knows, after too many phone calls, too many emails, I received partial payment for my services.  I am reasonably certain, posting my experience with you in this forum is the only reason why you decided to pay me. 

I have been an independent Title Examiner for over 30 years. During that time, I have never had this type of experience with anyone. 

You need no help ruining your business. You are doing a fine job all by yourself.
