Thank you for this I agree.  And I'll bet you 130% that Alex Reed is not Alex Reed.  We worked with them at another firm and they are high pressure and then they cancel searches at the last minute after we already had searchers in the field!! 

Total Waste of time to work with them; I'm not sure why they are still around trying to scam people
