11/18 - 3:27pm - Us - Let em know it's complete and provided link for payment

11/19 - 2:12pm - Them -  "Can you please review and advise if we are able to cancel this file? Thank you!"

11/19 - 2:22pm - Us - "Already told you it's done been done, playa. Pay me." (Paraphrasing, slightly)

11/20 - 9:41am - Them -  "Please confirm you have retrieved the deed from 01/01/1963 Warranty Deed, so the client approves and we can pay you also get this order completed."

 11/20 - 1:16pm - Us - "What part of it's done been done don't you understand?" (Again, paraphrasing)
