We're in the same boat with them.  We have invoices open dating back to March 2015, with meager payments coming once a month.  We cut them off in May. When I spoke to who I assume is the owner, he had the audacity to ask me if WE were going out of business - apparently wanting to get paid for the work we do means that we're not financially stable.
