Well I just said that because 100 is even....so 2.9% would be 2.90 like 1.00 would be .029...etc....it would be something I would say and then say what a minute I wasn't thinking right.  If they charged that much it would be higher...I actually need to check my transactions and see.  I didn't have my client's pay the charge...as if I use my credit card at other services I get I am not charged...the person offering the service is.  I like the thought of doing that since our fees don't represent a group of people that are normally charging their invoices but I think it may have come to that.
