Madden truly has no understanding whatever of the job. In other posts he boasts of having a "handful of degrees" and being someone who has passed the bar but is not a practicing lawyer. I've not seen him post anything indicating he has experience as an abstractor, vendor manager, business owner or any real-life experience outside a classroom.
