Alix,  They expect (are demanding) that THIS order be your top priority.  Hope you told them

the "genuine reason" it will not be there by 2 p.m. is:  Travel time to the county site, quality and complete searching process to give you a valuable product, not a piece of *hit report.

Beyond that, other orders were in the system before yours arrived at our office.  (This one should make them wonder why a business would follow such a process).
