Rita didn't insult you for serving your country. She simply asked which country. Based on your previous posts, I'm sure this is a question that was on the minds of many of us. I know I was wondering.
And yes, cheap work done online from or for third world agents does mean substandard work. (Which I think is what you intended to say) This is something many American companies have come to realize this. Even the government and private online databases confirm this. Check out the disclaimers and TOS. Most will tell you the information contained on the site cannot be trusted for professional work. If their own lawyers do not trust the online records, why would you? Why would you tell your customers that it is all available online when the websites themselves say otherwise?
