There is no "Presolutions Title Services" listed as a business entity that I can find in the Louisiana state site.  Doing the google thing, there IS a "Presolution Title Real State Services" (website:  ptres.org) that says they've been in business since 1999, but was copyrighted in 2011.  Hm.  They list phone numbers, but no address.  The fact that they are not incorporated or an LLC would explain why they're not on the business site (but why wouldn't a company that has supposedly been around for years, NOT incorporate or do a limited liability to protect themselves?)

The site doesn't "read" like it is overseas.  I'm suspicious, tho.  You might want to ask them a few more questions to get a feel for them.  I think in your shoes, I would give them a chance but not let them load me up with a lot of work and put them on the "short leash" payment cycle until they can prove they're legit.
