From Airlines, Hotels, Car Rentals, Doctors, Lawyers ,Courthouse online Document providers,

Just Google Title Search and see if the Advertisers offer Billing or require payment before delivery

The issuance of credit is a banking function not a merchant function.

All of the posts of " this one didn't pay or that one is slow pay" can be avoided.

What Product or Service can you purchase today and tell them to send you a bill?
