I tend to agree. 

 Current owner searches are normally the easiest searches to do. Competition is tough especially in my area. You have to be at around $35 or less to compete. If you're talking 2 owners, fulls, purchases, REOs, then pricing can vary because those can be more time consuming. I'd rather have 10 easy current owners than 1 or 2 full searches that take hours to complete. 

I'd also add that Accurate Group does pay in a timely manner and sends a ton of work. Can't really beat the volume.
