I believe there are two sides to every story and then there is the truth, and the simple truth is we did not inactivate you because you complained, you were inactivated because you called our office and stated "you could no longer do our work because we do not pay you enough" and we suggested that you raise your fees, to which you declined. I don't know of any other companies that would make that type of suggestion and agree to it. The fees we pay for searches are the fees that our vendors present to us and then agree with us that is what you will be paid. We do not dictate the fees. Every vendor signs an application with us that states we pay net 30 days, and if ever at anytime there is any type of issue with payment all they need to do is call our office and the issued is rectified as quickly as possible. The posts above are 100% accurate, we will gladly pay more for a search when we know that it will be done on time and correctly. Furthermore, our Vendor Management team will never outsource orders overseas, we keep all of our orders right here in the U.S. and that is something we take great pride in.
