ANOTHER POINT HERE IS THAT MINERAL RIGHTS SEARCHES ARE CONTRACTED UNDER O & G BROKERS. THEY ARE DONE SO AS BEING SUBCONTRACTED WITH THESE BROKERS.

 

TOTALLY SEPARATE FROM SURFACE TITLE.

ALSO, THERE IS A HUGE DIFFERENCE IN PRICING. O & G HAS DAY RATES.
