We are certain he is still put there, scamming, just under a different guise. If anyone who reads this post has any information to lend, please let us know.  He ordered a tremendous bulk of searches at one time, totaling over $9K.  He even said he found us on recommendation by a good company we do work for.  Both of which are obviously outsourced.
