Alix, if your afraid of lawsuits then you are doing something wrong. There is a thing called freedom of speech. Nothing I have seen on SOT would constitute for anyone to be sued. If there are bad title companies, they need to be put out of business.
Posting repeated comments on a company is a good thing. It will either make a non payer start paying or eventually they will run out of title searchers to do their work. Posting repeatedly can also build up a company. SOT is an excellent source to obtain new work.
Abstractor Watchdog does cost money and yes its around $15.00, but why pay when everything you need is here on SOT.
Point being if you are tired of the same post, just ignore it.
