I have to confess that we ban people so infrequently that I don't even remember how to do it!  I thought I had disabled the banned user's account but I guess not-- he was able to post this morning.  I think I have fixed that now, but who knows.  I didn't build this site with banning users in mind!  If he happens to slip thru the cracks again, I'll address it.  His time left here, if any, is very limited.
