I know that it is not  typically polite to reference another website on a Forum, however, perhaps the moderators will forgive me and make this an Exception to the Etiquette Rule. There is another website as well called Abstractorwatchdog.com that you can post these Non-Payers and AKA's on too. They much like, Source of Title, will email you updates when someone/something has been listed/changed. (It is not terribly expensive and it is considered a write-off!). The only way to know who these people are is to have the full ability to try to weed them out. Sort of ,spread the knowledge, if you will.  It has saved many from being burned.
