Yes she was and now you are insulting me for serving the USA. I have stated facts about the American companies seeking lower fees. Right now the Indians are providing it. Whether we agree with outsourcing it's happening. 

Any website is going to have a disclaimer in order to avoid being sued. I don't tell any company that the county is online. Wouldn't I lose work doing this.
