I am glad to hear of your success with getting assistance from Heather Ciccozzi. We can't get her to listen to or forward any voicemails that deal with problems with recordings that are sent to us by Service Link that she contacted us about. When she refused to call and discuss the issue with my recorder two days after he left her a detailed voicemail about why the check was approximately $138 short, and then claimed that the next message left by the recorder after he called her back again and the call went to voicemail lacked any pertinent details, my company received another email about this recording necessitating another phone call to yet another person detailing the problems with the recording and why the check was short. This is in addition to numerous emails sent between my company and Service Link about the problems with the recording. It took almost a week to receive the check for the additional funds needed. My bookkeeper has notified them that they have 10 days to rectify the situation before we notify the new parent company. In the mean time, they still expect me to do work for them with no assurance that I will be paid for it. That is not happening. They can claim it is being looked into by their accounting department, but until I get payment for the work that has been completed and sent to them, I refuse to do any further work. I am also spreading the word locally that they do not pay for completed work in a timely manner.
